Seriously, I just kind of accepted that there was a certain level of service from my experience from my past 2 web designers, I was very wrong. I could tell that I was going to be really happy after our second phone call and you were making suggestions of simple things that I could do myself that would help my web site. We decided to call and test you guys during early morning hours and again during what we considered peak hours. Both occasions our calls were answered immediately without any wait times.
